2009 Protege
The
2009 Protege is a great small car available in DX, EX and LX
models. All the three
versions are available with some helpful standard features such as
bucket seat, mechanical remote fuel filler door release, cloth seat
upholstery with additional cloth, Height adjustable head restraints
on front seats, head restraints on rear seats, courtesy lights with
four switches, bench fixed three rear seats, rear view mirror, front
seats cigar lighter, cargo area light, front astray, ventilation
system with four fan speeds, recirculation setting and rear seat
heater ducts, vehicle speed proportional power steering, plastic
steering wheel, carpet in passenger compartment and carpet in load
area, driver and passenger internally adjustable black door mirrors,
fixed rear window, front and rear body color impact absorbing
bumpers, dashboard and floor full console with open storage box etc.
The 2009 Protege has got the power of 1,489 cc 1.5 liters 4
in-line 0° front transverse engine capable of churning out 92
horsepower at 5500 RPM and 96 pound-feet of torque at 4000 RPM. The
engine performance has further been bolstered with 4-speed automatic
transmission system. The engine is also available with 5-speed
manual transmission system. The safety features available with the
2009 Protege are front and rear crush impact zones, 3-point
reel height adjustable front seat belts on driver seat and passenger
seat, driver and passenger front airbag, child seat tethers etc. You
will also be surprised to see its awesome fuel economy. The 2009 Protege delivers 25 miles per gallon in the city and 31 miles per
gallon on highways.
