2008 RX 8
The
2008 RX 8 is very impressive and elegant car for the money. The car has
got one-touch power windows, power locks with remote, leather
upholstery, dual-zone climate control, voice recognition and
telephone, leather-trimmed steering wheel and shift knob, 10-way
power driver and 8-way front passenger seats, steering wheel
controls for audio, multi-function display, tilt and telescoping
steering wheel, cruise control, power outside mirrors with auto
dimming, Homelink, power liftgate, fog lamps, memory for wheel,
auto-retracting cargo cover, automatic on and off headlamps,
AM/FM/cassette/6CD stereo, floor mats and driver's seat and outside
mirrors. DVD navigation and Mark Levinson audio are optional. The
2008 RX 8 has got 3.3-liter dohc 24valve V6 engine with VVT-I
facility capable of churning out 268 horsepower. The engine has got
the support of CVT automatic transmission system.
The safety features associated with the car is side-impact airbags
mounted in front seats, dual-stage advanced frontal airbags,
three-point belts for three rear passengers, front and rear curtain
airbags with rollover sensor, Vehicle Dynamics Integrated Management
system (VDIM), ABS, EBD, Brake Assist, driver's knee airbag,
Electronically Controlled Brake system with regenerative control,
force-limiting seatbelt pretensioners for driver and front passenger
etc. The 2008 RX 8 is available with the basic warranty of 4
years/50,000 miles. The car has got the seating arrangement for five
passengers.
The 2008 RX 8 churns out exquisite fuel economy. Thanks to CVT
automatic transmission system, the car delivers 26 miles per gallon
in the city and 36 miles per gallon on highways.
